StyleFrame AI builds AI-powered tools for motion designers and VFX professionals. We're a small, venture-backed team (a16z, WNDR) shipping creative tools that actually fit into professional workflows. Our users are studios and artists who need reliability, quality, and control — not generic AI output.

The Role

We're looking for a product engineer who's excited about creative tools and wants to build full-stack web apps using modern AI/ML models. You'll prototype new tools, polish existing ones, and help us build the patterns that let us move quickly. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and ML — you don't need to be an expert in all three, but you should be strong in at least one and genuinely curious about the others.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack prototypes for new creative tools using freshly released ML models via third-party APIs
• Polish existing tools for UI/UX improvements based on user feedback
• Build reusable components across frontend and backend to create common patterns for how we ship new tools
• Build cloud APIs for ComfyUI workflows and diffusion models
• Build cloud APIs for image and video processing pipelines

What We're Looking For

• You enjoy building full-stack web apps that need to handle real workloads — our users are professionals who depend on reliability
• You're genuinely excited about creative tools — either you've built one or you're a power user of them
• You're comfortable owning features end-to-end, from deployment to maintenance • You're comfortable working across the stack — frontend, backend, and connecting to ML APIs

Our Stack

TypeScript, Next.js, Python for ML inference. You should be comfortable deploying your own work and owning what you ship.
